Organizations that adopt team science approaches are more innovative, productive, and have more impact on scientific breakthroughs. Topics will include: foundational principles of team science; a review of evidence-based research that supports team science; basics regarding convergent research strategies; and how to create and implement strategies to successfully embed team science approaches in your organization.
