Research Project Management Council 

The next RPM Council meeting is February 10 @ 3pm via Zoom. In this meeting, we will hear from Kelsey Van Selous on how her team onboards and offboards team members. In the second half of the meeting, we will breakout into small groups to share our challenges and goals in the space of people management then reconvene to report out themes that may make good topics for future RPM Council meetings.
